About The Program Office administration can be very simple or complex; building/having and observing the SOPs, supporting the operations by maintaining office systems and supervising staff, maintaining office services by organizing office operations and procedures, preparing payroll, controlling correspondence, designing filing systems, reviewing and approving supply requisitions, and assigning and monitoring clerical functions, providing historical reference by defining procedures for retention, protection, retrieval, transfer, and disposal of records, achieving financial objectives by preparing annual budgets, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, and initiating corrective actions, etc. There is no single way to manage offices but some methods make it easier to retrieve and use the data. This training exposes the trainees to learn the essential principles, techniques & procedures of office management, internalising and applying the principles of ā5Sā in the workplace.
